Questo che è il secondo dei due profumi, è intitolato “fiocco rosa”, non perché allude ad una imminente nascita, ma perché il fiocco che doveva dare risalto a questa bottiglia dalla forma regale, finisce per ingombrare prepotentemente il quadro e quasi nascondere la bottiglia, risultando lui il protagonista!!
Addirittura non tutti hanno capito che si tratta di una bottiglia, alcuni mi hanno chiesto se fosse uno stemma….
Che dire….folies d’art!!! Ma a me piace così! Voi che ne pensate??
Per il fondo ho usato taffetà di seta blu, per la bottiglia broccato di velluto e seta, fiocco in tulle. Dimensioni: 100cm X 100cm.
This is the second perfume bottle which I thought up; the title is PINK BOW, not because it refers to an upcoming birth, but because the bow that at first was only supposed to emphasize this royal bottle, ends up overwhelmingly cluttering the picture and almost hides the bottle, thus becoming itself the main character!!
And not everyone understood that it’s bottle, someone asked me if it were coat of arms….
What can I say…..folies d’art!!! But I like it this way! What about you??
For the background I used bleu silk taffettà, the bottle is in velvet and silk brocade, the bow is in tulle.
